In a story planted by Blake Lively’s publicist to keep her relevant and perhaps to generate a little sympathy after the humiliation of nearly tanking that Steven Soderbergh movie (with a part that was never hers anyway), In Touch Weekly claims that Lively wants to marry boyfriend Ryan Reynolds in a story that appears to be a sort of copy pasta of the Jessica Biel/ Justin Timberlake debacle, where he supposedly conceded to becoming engaged to placate Biel although Timberlake really planned to drag out the engagement so he could stay single.
Basically, claims ITW, Lively wants to rush into marriage but Reynolds already did that so he’s not ready to commit again.
It’s only been just over a year since he filed for divorce from Scarlett Johansson, but Blake Lively is already turning the heat on Ryan Reynolds to propose.
“They haven’t even been together six months, and she is already talking marriage and babies,” says an outraged friend. The pal also adds that if she is expecting a ring anytime soon, she’s in for a huge disappointment. “Ryan cares for Blake, but he rushed into marriage before, and he is still not really over that heartbreak.” - via In Touch Weekly Magazine.
In other Lively news, Christian Louboutin sent her the Spring 2012 collection. According to People.com Lively reacted: “My gosh, [the spring collection] was sent to my house today, and they’re so beautiful. They’re amazing. They are the most beautiful shoes out there. And incredibly innovative.”
