Alessandra Ambrosio spent most of her pregnancy on Facebook sharing photos of her growing bump (the bump grew, the rest of her did not). So, it’s no surprise that the supermodel shared the first photos of her baby boy on the social network with the caption: “Wanted to give you all a sneak peek of Noah and so thankful to pampers by taking these pictures we helped out UNICEF and those in need…”
